announced that the small island of Kirsh would soon
host a stock exchange for hydrocarbons where oil and other hydrocarbons would
be traded in euros or other currencies, but not in dollars. Henry Kissinger
summarized in an August 2006 interview: “If Tehran insists a military
confrontation with America is inevitable.”
